Indonesia conducts CAT for 3,220 Hajj healthcare workers

A total of 3,220 healthcare professionals across Indonesia participated in a simultaneous Computer Assisted Test (CAT) on August 31, 2026, to select personnel for the Hajj pilgrimage services. The recruitment process aims to secure competent doctors and nurses to serve pilgrims in Saudi Arabia.

In West Sumatra, 79 candidates successfully passed the administrative verification stage and moved forward to the CAT phase. The selection process is being conducted through 34 locations managed by the National Civil Service Agency (BKN) to ensure transparency and professionalism.

Following the CAT, successful candidates are scheduled to undergo medical check-ups between September 3 and September 8, 2026. The results of the computer-based exam are expected to be announced on September 1, 2026.
