Indonesia expands stunting reduction with corporate CSR aid and regional PKK collaboration

Jhonlin Group’s corporate social responsibility program delivered supplementary food (milk and vitamins) and a steriliser to the Posyandu in Hidayah Makmur village, Tanah Bumbu, South Kalimantan, supporting local health services for mothers and children. The hand‑over was attended by village head Rudi Hartono and Puskesmas Simpang Empat chief Hj. Siti Aisyah, who praised the contribution for improving nutrition and health‑care capacity.

Separately, the TP PKK team from Bulukumba visited Malang in East Java to study and exchange best practices on stunting prevention, food security, and micro‑enterprise development. Led by Andi Herfida Muchtar, the delegation met with Malang PKK chair Hj. Anis Zaidah Sanusi, emphasizing ongoing inter‑regional cooperation to strengthen family‑based nutrition programs and empower local UMKM.

Both initiatives illustrate a coordinated effort among private firms, local governments, and community organisations to accelerate the reduction of child stunting in Indonesia.
