Indonesia's BRI launches ORI030 retail bond with up to 7% coupon

Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) announced the distribution of the new retail government bond series ORI030, available for purchase from 6 – 30 July 2026. The bonds offer a fixed annual coupon of up to 7.00 % (6.90 % for the three‑year series and 7.00 % for the six‑year series) paid monthly, with a minimum investment of Rp 1 million. Investors can buy ORI030 through BRI’s physical branches, the SBN Online platform, or the BRImo digital app, with a maximum holding of Rp 5 billion for the three‑year tenor and Rp 10 billion for the six‑year tenor. BRI aims to broaden access to safe, government‑backed investments for Indonesian households, increase retail participation in the domestic bond market, and support national financial development.
