Indonesia Ministry of Law targets 24-hour access for all AHU services
Indonesia's Minister of Law, Supratman Andi Agtas, has set a target for all services under the Directorate General of Legal Administrative Affairs (Ditjen AHU) to be accessible 24 hours a day starting November 9, 2026.
This initiative is part of an accelerated digital transformation aimed at allowing the public to manage legal administrative needs online without being restricted by standard operating hours. The ministry is currently migrating data and business entity services from the old AHU Online system to a new system called PASTI AHU.
Currently, 15 Ditjen AHU services are already available 24/7, including services for sworn translators, business entities, wills, apostilles, and individual companies. The Director of Information Technology for Ditjen AHU, Gito, noted that the migration process is ongoing to ensure data consistency for legal entities and business organizations.
