Indonesia palm oil exports to Israel reach US$14.6 million
Data from Indonesia's Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) shows that crude palm oil (CPO) exports from Indonesia to Israel reached US$14.6 million between January and September 2024. This follows a higher export value of US$21.60 million recorded in 2025.
Despite the lack of official diplomatic relations between Indonesia and Israel, bilateral trade activities, including both imports and exports, continue to occur. In 2024, Indonesia's total imports from Israel were valued at US$54.2 million.
Public scrutiny has increased regarding these exports due to anti-Israel sentiment. Social media allegations have suggested that major private companies, specifically Wilmar and Sinarmas, may be supplying CPO to Israel via Singapore. As of the latest reports, these companies have not commented on the allegations.
