Indonesia prosecutors auction seized assets worth over IDR 200 bn
The Indonesian Supreme Prosecutor’s Office (Kejaksaan Agung) auctioned assets seized from former insurer executive Benny Tjokro, selling 16 South Hills Kuningan apartments and 24 parcels of land for a total of roughly IDR 129.15 billion.
Separately, the Ponorogo district prosecutor’s office conducted a direct sale of seized goods, including mobile phones, logs, and bicycles, generating IDR 77.58 million in non‑tax state revenue. Both auctions were carried out under the authority of the Asset Recovery Agency to convert confiscated property into state funds.
