In Central Java, PT Biosirkular Inovasi Indonesia, together with PT Gapura Mas Lestari and the provincial PKK, launched the “Used Cooking Oil into Rupiah” movement on 29 July 2026 in Semarang. The initiative seeks to turn household used‑cooking‑oil into valuable resources by building an ecosystem that includes community education, collection points, pickup services, digital tracking, and conversion into raw materials. Director Dicka Dwi Candra highlighted digitalization as essential for transparency and trust in the system.
