Indonesia Stock Exchange lists 59 firms for possible delisting, three BUMNs among them

The Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) announced that 59 listed issuers with trading suspensions of six months or longer are being considered for delisting. Companies may be removed if they cannot demonstrate sufficient financial or legal recovery, fail to meet listing standards, or remain suspended for at least 24 months.

Among the firms flagged are three state‑owned enterprises: PT Waskita Karya (WSKT), suspended for 38 months; PT Wijaya Karya (WIKA), suspended for 16 months; and PT Indofarma (INAF), suspended for 24 months. All three show poor fundamentals – WIKA and WSKT posted net losses of IDR 9.7 trillion and IDR 3.9 trillion respectively in 2025, while INAF recorded a capital deficiency of IDR 706.9 billion.

BEI said any delisting decision will be accompanied by a buy‑back plan to protect retail investors, with the plan to be announced within one month and completed within six months after the delisting announcement.
