Indonesia Stock Exchange reports seven companies in IPO pipeline
The Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) has announced that seven companies are currently in the pipeline for an Initial Public Offering (IPO) as of August 28, 2026. According to BEI Corporate Valuation Director Saidu Solihin, the group includes three large-scale companies with assets exceeding Rp250 billion, two medium-scale companies with assets between Rp50 billion and Rp250 billion, and two small-scale companies with assets below Rp50 billion.
The sectors represented in the IPO queue include four healthcare companies, one consumer non-cyclical company, one energy company, and one industrial company. So far in 2026, seven companies have successfully completed IPOs, raising a total of Rp2.16 trillion, bringing the total number of listed companies in Indonesia to 963.
Additionally, Dony Oskaria, Chief Operating Officer of Danantara, indicated that several large state-owned enterprises (BUMN) are potential candidates for future listings to deepen the Indonesian capital market. Mentioned potential candidates include Pegadaian, PT Pupuk Indonesia, PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Pelindo), and PT Angkasa Pura Indonesia.
