Indonesian banks offer 2026 KUR loans for UMKM

Major Indonesian banks, including Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Mandiri, and Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), are providing Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) loan programs in 2026 to support micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (UMKM).

BRI and BNI are offering loan options with ceilings of Rp100 million, featuring effective annual interest rates of approximately 6 percent. These loans provide flexible repayment tenors ranging from 12 to 60 months to assist with working capital and productive investment. Applicants typically need to provide documentation such as a national ID (KTP), family card (KK), and business permits (NIB), with businesses generally required to have been operational for at least six months.

Bank Mandiri is also facilitating KUR programs with ceilings of Rp50 million to help businesses finance operational expansion and raw material purchases. The availability of these loans throughout 2026 is subject to government-set quotas and allocations.
