Indonesian Scout Contingents from Kapuas and Selayar Launch for Jambore Nasional XII 2026

Bupati of Kapuas, Wiyatno, released a Pramuka Garuda contingent to attend the Jambore Nasional XII scheduled for 2026 at the Cibubur campsite in Jakarta. The ceremony highlighted the program’s focus on building character, leadership and civic values among the region’s youth.

On 5 August 2026, Deputy Regent of Kepulauan Selayar, H. Muhtar, M.M., released 48 Pramuka Garuda scouts from the district. He urged the participants to uphold the name and reputation of Selayar during the national jamboree. Both releases stress the aim of fostering independence, solidarity and cultural exchange among Indonesian scouts nationwide.
