Indonesia’s senior football team held a five‑day training camp from 26‑30 May 2026 at the Gelora Bung Korno stadium under head coach John Herdman. Twenty‑three players were selected to prepare for the upcoming ASEAN Cup 2026.

Bali United striker Jens Raven (20) impressed by scoring a hat‑trick in the final internal match between the Red and White squads, a performance that helped the White team win 5‑4. Raven said the week was “an extraordinary experience with many valuable lessons,” and he hopes the display will earn him a senior debut.

Persija Jakarta forward Eksel Runtukahu (27) also earned his first senior call‑up, joining four other Persija players after a season in which he scored six goals in 23 matches. Runtukahu expressed gratitude, calling the invitation “a dream realized,” and pledged to use the camp to catch Herdman’s eye and secure a place in the final AFF 2026 roster.
