Indonesia's 3 Million Housing Program Gains Developer Support

PT PP Properti Tbk (PPRO) announced its participation in the Danantara Housing Expo 2026, to be held 27‑30 August at the Nusantara International Convention Exhibition in Jakarta. The company will showcase eight sustainable residential projects and promote financing options such as a 1% down‑payment, 2.75% interest rates and up to 30‑year terms, underscoring its commitment to the government’s “Program 3 Juta Rumah” aimed at expanding affordable housing.

Bumi Pundi Karsa Group’s director H. Badris met with North Kalimantan Governor Zainal A. Paliwang in Makassar, confirming the developer’s readiness to support the same three‑million‑house initiative in the province. The firm highlighted investment opportunities, collaboration with central and regional authorities, and a focus on balanced development of subsidised and commercial homes.

Both developers stress that their involvement is part of a broader public‑private synergy to increase the supply of quality, affordable homes across Indonesia.
