Indonesia's ATR/BPN offers nine land and spatial‑planning cooperation programs to Lampung
The Ministry of Agrarian and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) has presented nine collaboration programs to the provincial governments of Lampung. The initiatives aim to strengthen the regional economy and competitiveness, improve public service quality through legal certainty, and enhance management of regional finances and assets. Key actions include integrating land parcel identification numbers (NIB) with tax object numbers (NOP), linking land services with public service malls, accelerating land registration, fast‑tracking detailed spatial planning (RDTR) linked to the Online Single Submission (OSS) system, conducting a geospatial‑based land census, and integrating sustainable agricultural zones. The cooperation is coordinated with the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK). Officials Dedi Noor Cahyanto and Tri Wibisono said the ministry seeks to transform its services and become a partner to local authorities, positioning Lampung as a role model for Sumatra. "Kementerian ATR/BPN ingin berubah, kami ingin jadi mitra Bapak/Ibu," they noted.
