Indonesia's Land Minister Nusron Wahid urges service‑focused HR reforms and land‑title certainty for 3‑Million‑Houseplan

Minister of Agrarian and Spatial Planning and head of the National Land Agency, Nusron Wahid, said that improving the quality of human resources in the agency is essential for transforming land services. He urged staff to prioritize public satisfaction, adopt a service‑oriented mindset and gain experience across Indonesia’s regions.

Wahid also emphasized that clear legal certainty over land titles is a key driver for accelerating the government’s 3 Million House program, which aims to provide affordable housing nationwide. He linked secure land certification to faster, orderly construction and greater confidence for homebuyers, underscoring the programme’s importance under President Prabowo Subianto’s administration.
