Indonesia’s Ministry of Labor and banks bjb, BRI forge partnerships to enhance staff training and digital services

On 10 July 2026, Indonesia’s Ministry of Labour (Kemnaker) signed a memorandum of understanding with regional development bank bjb in Bandung. The agreement aims to develop human‑resource competencies within both institutions and to use the bank’s services to improve public‑sector financial management and service quality.

In a separate initiative, Bank Rakyat Indonesia’s Veteran branch held a product and service briefing for the Directorate General of Digital Government (DJTPD) of the Ministry of Communication and Digital. The session showcased BRI’s digital banking, savings, credit and other solutions to support the ministry’s operational needs and strengthen cooperation between the bank and government agencies.
