Indonesia's OJK targets Rp250 trillion capital market fundraising by 2026
Indonesia’s Financial Services Authority (OJK) said it expects capital‑market fundraising to remain resilient through the end of 2026 despite global market headwinds. The regulator set a fundraising target of Rp250 trillion (about US$13.9 billion) for the year. As of 30 June 2026, funds raised reached Rp125.7 trillion, and the pipeline at the end of July included three IPO registrations, two limited public offerings worth up to Rp6.73 trillion, and four bond and sukuk processes valued at up to Rp5.25 trillion.
OJK chief executive for capital‑market supervision Hasan Fawzi emphasized that corporate interest in using the market for long‑term financing remains strong. He highlighted ongoing market reforms aimed at improving issuer quality, liquidity, transparency, governance, law‑enforcement and expanding the investor base, seeking to build a more credible and sustainable financing engine for Indonesia’s economy.
