Indonesia's Pelni releases July 2026 Makassar‑Sorong and Makassar‑Bau ship dates

State-owned shipping company PT Pelni announced its July 2026 sailings for several vessels serving the Makassar region. The passenger ship KM Dobonsolo is scheduled to leave Makassar on 22 July 2026 at 10:00, transit Bau‑Bau and arrive in Sorong on 24 July at 19:00, with an adult fare of Rp 512,000 and a baby fare of Rp 51,850. Another vessel, KM Ciremai, will depart Makassar on 30 July 2026 at 03:00, also stopping at Bau‑Bau and Ambon, and will operate the return route from Sorong to Makassar.

A separate schedule details KM Nggapulu, which will sail from Makassar on 17 July 2026 at 09:00, arrive at Bau‑Bau later that day, and depart for Namlea and Ambon on 18 July 2026. The ship, named after a peak in Papua’s Jayawijaya range, is highlighted as a key asset in linking Java, Sulawesi, Maluku and Papua under Pelni’s network.
