At the Anugerah Syariah Republika (ASR) 2026 ceremony held on 1 July 2026 at the Energy Building, SCBD, Jakarta, several Indonesian Islamic‑finance institutions received top honors. PT BPRS Almabrur Klaten was presented with the Excellence in Islamic Banking Literacy and Inclusion Award for its work expanding sharia financial literacy and inclusion.

Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Vice‑President Yosita Nur Wirdayanti highlighted the Indonesia Sharia Forum (ISF) 2026 as a strategic platform for strengthening collaboration among sharia‑finance stakeholders, noting the need for better synergy between financial institutions and halal‑industry players.

Anggito Abimanyu, Chairman of the Deposit Guarantee Institution (LPS), spoke at the Islamic Finance Dialogue about "Halal Beyond Labels" as a necessary agenda to build a fair, inclusive sharia economy, emphasizing Indonesia's large consumer market and the challenges of governance and labeling.

Prudential Sharia Life Assurance (Prudential Syariah) secured the Best Performance Islamic Insurance award, reinforcing its market‑leading position with a 22 % share of Indonesia’s sharia life‑insurance market, more than 300 000 policyholders and a network of over 67 000 professional agents. The award ceremony underscored the sector’s growth in 2025 and the company’s commitment to expanding inclusive sharia‑compliant protection services.

The event’s theme, "Sharia for All: Beyond Profit, Toward Purpose," highlighted the broader goal of advancing Indonesia’s sharia economic ecosystem.
