IndoStar Capital Finance posts 44% jump in Q1 FY27 loan disbursements to ₹1,235 crore

IndoStar Capital Finance Limited, a retail‑focused non‑banking finance company registered with the Reserve Bank of India, announced its quarter‑ended June 30 2026 results. Disbursements rose 44% year‑on‑year to ₹1,235 crore, while assets under management increased 6% to ₹8,244 crore.

Net interest income climbed 39% to ₹219 crore and pre‑provision operating profit held at ₹93 crore. Profit after tax was ₹11 crore. The weighted average cost of funds fell to 9.9% from 10.7% a year earlier. The branch network expanded to 468 branches across 24 states and union territories, adding 14 new locations, and the micro‑LAP network grew to 125 branches. Vehicle‑finance volume rose 3% quarter‑on‑quarter and micro‑LAP grew 24% quarter‑on‑quarter. Gross Stage‑3 assets were 4.84% and net Stage‑3 assets 2.48% as of the quarter end.
