The inaugural İnegöl Gastronomy Festival, organized by the İnegöl Municipality, saw significant attendance during its second day. The event aims to promote the region's rich culinary culture and local flavors to the rest of Turkey.

Visitors had the opportunity to sample over 200 regional dishes across approximately 100 stands hosted by local producers and tradespeople. The festival included diverse programming, such as a puppet show by ventriloquist Abdullah Beyaztaş for children and a musical performance by artist Aslı Hünel, who also participated in a mini cooking demonstration on the Gastro Stage.

In addition to culinary tastings and entertainment, the festival featured an academic panel to discuss the gastronomy of İnegöl. The panel included experts such as Prof. Dr. Murat Doğdubay from Balıkesir University, Prof. Dr. Rahman Temizkan from Eskişehir Osmangazi University, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Yüksel Okşak from Bursa Uludağ University.
