As the festival progressed into its second day, attendance remained significant. Visitors were able to sample over 200 regional dishes across approximately 100 stands hosted by local producers and tradespeople. The programming included academic panels featuring experts such as Prof. Dr. Murat Doğdubay, Prof. Dr. Rahman Temizkan, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Yüksel Okşak.

In addition to academic sessions, the event includes musical performances, such as a concert by Retrobüs and a performance by artist Aslı Hünel, who also participated in a mini cooking demonstration. Entertainment for children includes a puppet show by ventriloquist Abdullah Beyaztaş. Various markets, such as a ‘Green Gastronomy Market’ and a ‘Local Flavors Bazaar’, are also part of the festivities.
