İnegöl to host inaugural three-day gastronomy festival

The İnegöl Municipality is hosting the inaugural İnegöl Gastronomy Festival from September 4 to 6. The three-day event aims to promote the city's deep-rooted culinary culture, local products, and gastronomic values.

The festival features a central program area called Gastro Sahne, moderated by Dr. Esat Özata, which will host various panels, interviews, and presentations. Scheduled topics include the history and future of İnegöl cuisine, traditional bread varieties, modern touches to traditional desserts, and the relationship between kitchen practices and health.

In addition to academic and professional sessions involving chefs and lecturers, the event will include musical performances, such as a concert by Retrobüs, and various markets including a Green Gastronomy Market and a Local Flavors Bazaar.
