Around 200 officers from the Bursa Provincial Police, including units for public order, narcotics, traffic, and the local İnegöl district police, carried out a coordinated security operation across the district. The sweep, monitored from the air, involved simultaneous checks of individuals and vehicles at multiple points, including the Bursa‑Ankara highway entry to the town. Officers performed document inspections, General Information (GBT) and criminal record (UYAP) queries, and inspected open‑air businesses for regulatory compliance.

The operation resulted in 442 people being screened through the UYAP system, four wanted individuals being apprehended, and 520 vehicles examined. Eighteen drivers received fines totaling 310,954 TL, and one vehicle was barred from traffic. In park and garden checks, 275 people were screened, while 405 individuals and 22 businesses were inspected in commercial areas, exposing three unlicensed establishments. Authorities said the sweeps will be repeated periodically to ensure public safety.
