Inep updates Enem Libras platform for deaf students
The National Institute for Educational Studies and Research Anísio Teixeira (Inep) has updated the Enem Libras platform, providing specialized resources for deaf and hard-of-hearing students preparing for the National High School Exam (Enem).
The updated platform includes a comprehensive archive of video exams from 2017 to 2025. It offers students the ability to practice using an interface that replicates the official exam environment, including navigation between Libras video explanations, command buttons, and response fields. Additional resources available on the portal include official answer keys, question booklets in Portuguese, and a Writing Guide translated into Libras.
For the 2026 edition of the exam, candidates with approved requests for the Libras video exam resource will be granted an additional 120 minutes of testing time per day. The exam is scheduled for November 8 and November 15.
