Infiorata di Taurianova invited to Guinness Art Festival in Lucca 2026

The Infiorata di Taurianova, organized by Pro Loco Taurianova, has been officially invited to take part in the Festival Arti Effimere Guinness Edition in Lucca on 22 August 2026. The event will gather artists and masters of ephemeral art from three continents who will attempt to set a Guinness World Record for the longest carpet of ephemera ever created.

During the festival, delegations will produce artworks that celebrate Lucca’s history, culture, traditions, landscapes and local excellence, turning the historic walls of Lucca into an open‑air museum. Director Nello Stranges said the invitation is a source of great pride and that the Taurianova delegation will soon present its official sketch for the project.
