Igho Ubiribo dies after cosmetic procedure in Thailand
British-Nigerian influencer and businessman Igho ‘Tiny’ Ubiribo has died following a cosmetic procedure in Bangkok, Thailand. An investigation by the Inner West London Coroner’s Court concluded that Ubiribo died from a pulmonary embolism caused by the aesthetic intervention.
On March 5, 2026, Ubiribo received injections of approximately 40 milliliters of hyaluronic acid and lidocaine at a clinic in Bangkok intended for penis enlargement. Following the procedure, Ubiribo and his wife, Danielle Simba Allen, went for a massage, during which he experienced chest pains and lost consciousness multiple times.
He was rushed to Sukhumvit Hospital, where medical staff attempted resuscitation for over 100 minutes. An autopsy conducted in the United Kingdom confirmed the presence of hyaluronic acid in his lungs, directly linking the substance used in the procedure to the fatal embolism. Ubiribo, who had over 185,000 Instagram followers, was known for his luxury lifestyle.
