Infrastructure: Road resurfacing works underway in Jesi and Meldola

Various road maintenance and asphalt resurfacing projects are underway in different Italian regions. In Jesi, work on Via Ancona has been completed between the Via Don Battistoni intersection and the Via Fontedamo municipal limit. Construction crews have now moved to Viale del Lavoro, with upcoming work scheduled for various other streets including Via della Figuretta, Via Paradiso, and Via Santa Lucia.

In Meldola, asphalt works have commenced on the SP4 del Bidente along the city's ring road. This project, supervised by the Province of Forlì-Cesena, aims to repair road surfaces damaged by previous utility excavations. The resurfacing follows infrastructure upgrades by Gruppo Heraper, which included replacing 1.5 km of water pipes and installing a new sewage system designed to handle extreme weather events. Mayor Roberto Cavallucci noted that the timing of the paving was delayed to allow for the natural settling of materials to ensure pavement durability.
