INNIO acquires Enerflex APAC operations as Atmos Renewables closes energy deals

INNIO N.V. has completed the acquisition of Enerflex Ltd.’s aftermarket business operations in Australia, Thailand, and Indonesia. The deal includes eight locations and a workforce intended to enhance INNIO’s service capabilities and lifecycle support for oil and gas customers across the Asia-Pacific region.

In Australia, Atmos Renewables, an Igneo Infrastructure Partners business, has reached financial close on two major renewable energy projects supported by the government’s Capacity Investment Scheme (CIS). These include the 400 MW/1600 MWh Teebar battery energy storage system in Queensland and the 470 MW Parron Maam Marang wind farm in Western Australia. These projects follow the June 2025 milestone of the 100 MW Merredin battery project, bringing Atmos’s total CIS-backed capacity through financial close to 970 MW.
