Institute for Education conducts training for Montenegrin school leaders and teachers
The Institute for Education in Montenegro is conducting various professional development programs for school administrators and teachers.
A two-day training module focused on the planning, programming, and organization of educational institutions was completed for 26 newly elected directors. The participants primarily represented northern regions, including Žabljak, Rožaje, Berane, Bijelo Polje, Pljevlja, and Šavnik, as well as Nikšić and Tivat. The curriculum covered organizational culture, team work, and the development of institutional action plans.
Additionally, in collaboration with the Central Bank of Montenegro, a seminar on improving financial literacy and social entrepreneurship was held in Bar. This program aims to equip teachers with the skills to help students make informed financial decisions and develop entrepreneurial competencies, connecting classroom learning with practical life applications.
