Inter-High high school soccer qualifiers held in Shiga and Kyoto prefectures

On May 30, the Inter-High (national high school sports meet) soccer competition continued in Shiga Prefecture, featuring the boys' quarter‑finals and the girls' final. Results of the matches were posted by local media.

Later the same day, Kyoto Prefecture hosted the boys' semifinals at the Taiyo‑ga‑oka venue. Kyoto Kyoei Gakuen drew 1‑1 in regular time and advanced by winning the penalty shoot‑out 6‑5.
