Internacional de Limeira secures promotion to Série B

Internacional de Limeira has secured promotion to the Brazilian Championship Série B, marking the club's first access to the division in 35 years. The team achieved this milestone following a single season in Série C.

Ricardo Borin, the club's mental preparer and a specialist in Applied Neuroscience in Sport, played a key role in the campaign. Borin focused on developing focus and resilience within the squad to manage high-pressure competitive environments. Coach Matheus Costa credited Borin's work as fundamental to the team's ability to handle the psychological demands of the season and successfully secure promotion.
