Following the promotion, which comes after just a single season in Série C, the club’s technical staff highlighted the role of psychological conditioning in the campaign. Coach Matheus Costa credited the work of mental preparer Ricardo Borin, a specialist in Applied Neuroscience in Sport, as “fundamental” to the team’s ability to manage high-pressure environments and the psychological demands of the season.
