Internacional signs Paraguayan striker Antonio Sanabria

Brazilian club Internacional has announced the signing of Paraguayan striker Antonio Sanabria. The 30-year-old joins from Italian side Cremonese on a contract that runs until December 2029. While the club will not pay a transfer fee due to the rescission of his contract, Cremonese will retain a percentage of his economic rights for any future sale.

Sanabria, a former Barcelona youth player with experience at Roma, Real Betis, and Torino, arrives to bolster an attack that has seen the departure of Rafael Borré. His signing has allowed Internacional to reduce its pursuit of other targets, such as Álex Arce, due to financial considerations and the desire to avoid high-cost operations.
