Cremonese player transfer developments

Italian Serie B club Cremonese began the summer transfer window seeking to restructure its attack. The club aimed to reduce high wage costs by potentially selling Paraguayan striker Antonio Sanabria and off-loading Djuric to make room for new signings.

By mid-August, Brazilian club Internacional expressed interest in Sanabria as a replacement for Rafael Borré. Although Sanabria is under contract with Cremonese until June 2028, the Italian side has reportedly refused loan offers, insisting on a permanent transfer to generate revenue.
