International art exhibitions launch in Turin and Shanghai

Major international art exhibitions are opening in Italy. In Turin, the MIIT Museum is hosting ‘Between Worlds’ 2026 Edition, an international eco-art exhibition curated by Hongjie Wang. Following its presentation at the United Nations International Centre in Vienna, the exhibition explores contemporary artistic practices, sustainability, and the relationship between culture, technology, and the environment through various media including painting, sculpture, and digital art.

In Shanghai, the Museum of Art Pudong (MAP) is hosting ‘Giorgio Morandi. Solo’, the largest retrospective of the Italian master held abroad. Curated by Lorenzo Balbi and Francesco D’Arelli, the exhibition features over 140 works, including paintings, engravings, and drawings. The showcase highlights the growing appreciation for Morandi’s aesthetic in China, focusing on his ability to transform minimal variations into intense perceptual experiences.
