Internorga restructures exhibition halls for anniversary edition

The Internorga trade fair is restructuring its exhibition areas for its anniversary edition to better align with growth sectors in the hospitality and foodservice industries. According to Hamburg Messe und Congress, the Digital Solutions sector will occupy Hall A3 in its entirety for the first time.

Additionally, the Food & Beverages section is expanding to a record size, spanning Hall A2 and the upper floors of Halls B2 and B3. The Future Food sector is also being established as an independent exhibition area titled ‘Future Food & Drinks’ in Hall B5. Matthias Balz, Director of Internorga, stated that the new hall layout aims to provide more visibility to growth themes and bring actors together where new business opportunities arise.
