Intesa Sanpaolo hosts Italian Excellences 2026 in Paris

Intesa Sanpaolo’s IMI Corporate & Investment Banking division hosted the 2026 edition of ‘Italian Excellences’ in Paris. The initiative aims to connect high-growth Italian companies across sectors—including manufacturing, technology, industry, and services—with the international financial community.

The event featured a program of approximately 400 meetings involving over 90 institutional investors from 63 investment firms representing major global financial hubs. The primary goal is to increase access to capital and support the development and internationalization of participating Italian businesses.

Massimo Mocio, Deputy Chief and Head of Global Banking & Markets for the division, noted that expanding an investor base and engaging with international markets is a critical factor for maintaining competitiveness in an increasingly competitive economic landscape.
