Ioanna Touni opens Fat Rat Croissanterie in Paris

Greek influencer Ioanna Touni has opened a new business venture in Paris called Fat Rat Croissanterie. Located in the Montmartre district, the shop is a collaborative project with her cousin, Konstantina Panagou, who has lived in Paris for five years and works as a chef.

Touni explained that the idea was born from her high expectations of Parisian pastries, which she felt often lacked the intense chocolate and variety she desired. She noted that while she previously had different priorities, her financial situation and personal life have changed significantly over the last two years, allowing for this international investment. She admitted that the process involved significant stress and sleepless nights due to the complexities of the new venture.
