Ioanna Touni visits her new Fat Rat Croissanterie in Paris

Ioanna Touni has returned to Paris to visit her new business venture, Fat Rat Croissanterie, located in the Montmartre district. The shop, which opened on September 9, allows customers to customize croissants with various fillings and toppings.

Working in the kitchen as a pastry chef is Touni’s cousin, Konstantina Panagou. The business was a project approximately eighteen months in the making and was designed in collaboration with Stefano Mendenzi. Touni recently shared her excitement on social media, describing the shop as a dream turned into reality.

During a recent visit, Touni was accompanied by her son, Paris, who sampled a chocolate croissant at the establishment. The shop has reportedly received positive feedback from the public since its opening a month ago.
