Fat Rat croissanterie in Paris temporarily closes for upgrades

Ioanna Touni, a Greek influencer, has announced a temporary closure of her Paris-based croissanterie, Fat Rat. The shop, which specializes in coffee and croissants, opened in the Montmartre district only a few weeks ago.

The closure is intended to last for two to three days to allow for upgrades and the installation of additional kitchen equipment. Touni stated that the business has been performing exceptionally well, with products frequently selling out, necessitating the improvements to better serve customers. The project was a long-term endeavor developed over eighteen months in collaboration with her cousin, a chef based in Paris.
