Ioannina Regional Unit enters full operation in Hellenic Cadastre

The Ioannina Regional Unit has entered full operational status within the Hellenic Cadastre digital system. This milestone follows the integration of the final remaining areas in the region, including the municipalities of Northern Tzoumerka, Dodoni, Zagori, Zitsa, Ioannina, Konitsa, Metsovo, and Pogoni.

The integration adds 330,503 properties and 314,797 rights to the digital registry. This transition aims to enhance legal security, transparency, and speed in real estate transactions while reducing bureaucracy through digital-first services.

Available digital services include the electronic submission of notary acts, digital management of legal actions by lawyers, and electronic filing of judicial acts. Additionally, the Independent Authority for Public Revenue (AADE) can now submit actions electronically, and citizens can access 24/7 digital certificate issuance and online database searches.
