Ion Țiriac announces luxury hotel project in Otopeni

Ion Țiriac is planning a major luxury hotel investment in Otopeni, Romania, as part of the Țiriac Sport Center development near the Allianz-Țiriac Arena. The project, estimated at approximately 150 million euros for the total complex, involves the construction of a four-star hotel through a new company, THG Hotel Management.

The proposed hotel will be built on a site exceeding 17,000 square meters and will feature 136 accommodation units, including double rooms, studios, and apartments. Facilities are set to include a restaurant, lounge, bar, conference rooms, and a comprehensive SPA center equipped with a swimming pool, saunas, a fitness room, and massage rooms. The building is planned to have four floors with a built area of approximately 8,300 square meters and will include dedicated parking for cars and coaches.
