Ion Țiriac real estate investments in Romania
Overview
Ion Țiriac has announced two significant real estate and hospitality investment projects in Romania.
In Otopeni, a plan is underway for a luxury hotel project near the Allianz-Țiriac Arena as part of the Țiriac Sport Center development. Managed by the new company THG Hotel Management, the project is estimated to cost approximately 150 million euros for the total complex. The proposed four-star hotel will occupy a site exceeding 17,000 square meters and will feature 136 accommodation units, a restaurant, conference rooms, and a comprehensive SPA center.
Separately, a 100 million euro investment is planned for Brașov to revitalize the Lemexim industrial platform. This project aims to convert the former industrial site into a modern urban complex comprising residential areas, commercial spaces, and office hubs. The Țiriac Group intends to allocate approximately 6,000 square meters of land for a new local public park.
