France has condemned the move, with the Foreign Ministry describing it as an “unjustifiable and unacceptable” attack on its cultural presence in Iran. The French government announced it will summon Iran’s ambassador in Paris and take “appropriate measures” in response. This incident follows heightened tensions between the two nations, including the arrest and subsequent expulsion of two French diplomats in July.
