Iran Khodro announces new Arisan 2 prices and sales directives

Iran Khodro has announced updated pricing for the Arisan 2 pickup truck for September 1405. The price for the standard version has increased to 1,617,533,000 Tomans, while the multimedia-equipped version has risen to 1,673,633,000 Tomans. These figures include all legal costs such as registration, insurance, and taxes.

In a broader context regarding the company's sales directives, the total supply capacity for all products nationwide is set at 25,200 units. This supply is distributed among different schemes: 30% (7,560 units) for regular sales, 50% (12,600 units) for the youth population scheme, and 20% (5,040 units) for the old vehicle replacement scheme.

Critics have noted that the limited supply and the introduction of lower-specification models—such as the Dena Plus with steel rims instead of aluminum or the Peugeot 207 with hydraulic steering instead of electric—may create artificial price gaps and difficulty for general consumers to access vehicles.
