Iran: Multiple executions carried out in Ardabil and Shirvan prisons

Multiple executions have been carried out in Iranian prisons in Ardabil and Shirvan. In Ardabil Prison, three prisoners were executed following convictions for murder in separate cases. The executed individuals include 22-year-old Mehrdad Sahebi, 26-year-old Nader Sheikloo, and a 35-year-old male.

In Shirvan Prison, two executions were reported. One was 27-year-old Mohammad Imani, who had been detained four years ago on murder charges. A second individual, Asad Alijaniniz, was also executed in the same facility. These reports are based on information from the Iran Human Rights organization.
