Iran warns of potential strikes on U.S. bases if nations assist aggression

Addressing economic and maritime tensions, Baghaei dismissed U.S. claims regarding the openness of the Strait of Hormuz and the daily passage of millions of barrels of oil as psychological and media warfare. He also criticized Washington’s newly announced economic operations against Iran, stating that Tehran will utilize multilateral capacities to counter U.S. sanctions, which he characterized as an attack on national sovereignty and free trade.
