Iran warns of consequences for US military cooperators

The Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters in Iran has issued a warning to any nation cooperating with the United States military, stating they must ‘assume the serious consequences that result.’ The headquarters characterized US actions in the region as ‘malicious’ and promised more severe and destructive responses to continued aggression.

According to statements from the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), Iranian forces conducted missile and drone attacks targeting US military installations in Erbil, Iraq. The IRGC claimed the operation destroyed a maintenance center, technical equipment depots, and a guidance system for a US spy balloon, while also setting fire to fuel tanks.

In a separate operation, the IRGC reported targeting drone hangars at the Al-Amir Hassan Air Base in Jordan. The group claimed these strikes resulted in the destruction of several drones and casualties among pilots and technical crew. The IRGC framed these actions as a response to US military activities in southern Iran and as a means to end US hegemony in the region.
