Iranian military and police warn of hybrid warfare threats
Iranian military and police officials have issued warnings regarding ongoing security threats, emphasizing the shift toward hybrid warfare. The Commander of the Borujerd Police stated that modern conflict has expanded beyond physical borders to include smartphones, minds, and digital spaces. He urged citizens to remain vigilant against psychological warfare, fake news, and cyber threats to prevent social instability.
Simultaneously, the Commander-in-Chief of the Army, Amir Serlashkar Hatami, emphasized that while the military achieved victory in recent conflicts, the war is not over. He noted that after failing in military arenas, adversaries have turned to economic sanctions and pressure to create domestic unrest. Hatami affirmed that the armed forces remain on high alert and will provide a crushing response to any further enemy mistakes or threats.
